what a cake!

This might be my dream cake. It is by none other than the Ace of Cake's himself from Charm City Cakes.

I love fondant but fondant comes at a price. I am working with a very reasonable cake maker in the Boone, NC area. Her name is Rita Halle and she has been making cakes for a long time. Mr. Apple Cider and I aren't sure what we want. We know we want square and it will be 4-tier. I really want it to reflect the mood of the wedding and that might mean relatively plain with some flowers.
